MAHB delisting after 25 years a watershed moment for its privatisation

Tomorrow will be a watershed moment for Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB), as it will be delisted from Bursa Malaysia following the Gateway Development Alliance (GDA) consortium’s successful privatisation exercise.

Prior to this, the shares of MAHB which manages domestic and international airports were suspended on Feb 20, 2025, in preparation for the delisting.
